Jeff Cote

Jeff Coté has been a student, practitioner, and a teacher of Martial Arts, Qi Gong, Tuina, Qi healing, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Daoism for the past 20 years. Jeff has studied at the Tai Institute of Oriental Medicine, NanJing University College of Medicine extension program, American Spirit Institute and with various teachers; Dr. Hou Zhi Lian, Dr. Feng Song, Dr. Tzu Kuo Shih, Dao Shih - Bill Helm and Tom Turcotte. He is a Daoist Adept in the Quan Zhen sect of Daoism. He is a certified practitioner and Registered Instructor in Asian Bodywork Therapy in the discipline of Tuina through the American Organization for the Bodywork Therapies of Asia and he holds a certificate in Massage Therapy. He also holds a Qi Gong Therapist Certification through the Chinese Wu Tang Chuan Gung Association.

Jeff currently teaches several classes in Shirley, Boxborough, Harvard, and Townsend in conjunction with the Councils on Aging in each town. He has taught Martial arts, Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Tuina in Chinese Medical schools, massage and bodywork schools and workshops both around the country and most recently internationally. He has been a guest lecturer at Northeastern University for graduate studies in holistic health, was the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tuina instructor at the Charles River Shiatsu School and is the Founder, Director, and Head Instructor of the Traditional Arts Institute.
